Background: Obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)is closely associated with cancer incidence and mortality.Changes of oxidative stress and apoptosis were commonly seen both in cancer and OSA patients.The aim of the present study was to determine the effect of sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate(TSA)on tumor oxidative stress and apoptosis in a mouse model of intermittent hypoxia(IH),a novel feature of OSA.
