在对传统经济增长阻尼模型修正的基础上,建立了基于水、土地和能源资源对经济发展和城市化的增长阻尼模型,选取经济增长和城市化快速发展的在西北干旱区具有良好代表性的库尔勒市进行实证研究.结果表明,水资源对库尔勒市经济发展的增长阻尼明显地大于土地与能源的约束,而对经济发展和城市化的增长阻尼分别为0.02和0.10,即水资源对城市化的增长阻尼约是对经济发展的5倍,表明水资源对经济发展的约束会加倍地作用于城市化,并提出了相应的建议,对我国西北干旱区经济发展和城市化具有良好的借鉴与参考意义.
