The functional films in organic electroluminescent devices (OLEDs) are prepared commonly by use of vacuum evaporation or spin-coating technique.Vacuum evaporate on process requires vacuum environment and only suitable to prepare small molecules films.The spin-coating process is suitable to prepare polymer films and devices.Although spin-coating technique is simple and convenient,it can not control films thickness accurately for the spin-coating films is formed by physical jilting and the molecules in film are stacked in disorder.The deviation of emitting-layer thickness would make significant influences on electroluminescence efficiency of OLED.
