  Microgravity presents a novel condition to study metabolic conversion in engineered microorganisms.This study demonstrated the enhanced effects of recombinant protein production under simulated microgravity(SMG) on the recombinant E.coli BL21(DE3) expressing the β-glucuronidase(PGUS),compared with normal gravity(NG).
