目的:评价低碳水化合物高蛋白质膳食对肥胖大鼠体重及血脂、血糖的影响。方法:把成年肥胖S-D雄性大鼠随机分为对照组(13%蛋白质,78%碳水化合物)和低碳水化合物高蛋白质组(LC-HP:64%蛋白质,26%碳水化合物),等能量喂养11周。每天称进食量;每周称大鼠体重;第3和第11周测血脂;第10周进行OGTT试验和IRT试验、第11周测瘦素和酮体。结果:喂养2周时,LC-HP组大鼠体重增量低于对照组(P<0.05),喂养11周时LC-HP组体重低于对照组,但未出现统计学显著性。与对照组相比,LC-HP组的OGTT试验15min血糖和TG显著下降(P<0.05);血CHO、HDL-C、瘦素、胰岛素和酮体含量不受饮食影响。结论:LC-HP饮食饱腹感强,使摄食量下降。在能量供应一致的情况下,肥胖大鼠的体重和体重增量与膳食中宏量营养素的多少无关,但LC-HP组能够改善血糖和血脂。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effects of low-carbohydrate, high-protein diet on body weight, blood lipids and blood glucose in obese rats. Methods: Adult male SD rats were randomly divided into control group (13% protein, 78% carbohydrate) and low carbohydrate high protein group (LC-HP: 64% protein, 26% carbohydrate) week. Every day, the food intake was weighed; the body weight of the rats was weighed every week; the lipids were measured on the 3rd and 11th weeks; the OGTT and the IRT were tested on the 10th and the leptin and ketone bodies were measured on the 11th week. Results: At 2 weeks of feeding, the weight gain of rats in LC-HP group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). At 11 weeks of feeding, the body weight of LC-HP group was lower than that of control group, but no statistical significance was found. Compared with the control group, the levels of blood glucose and TG in OGTT test for 15min in LC-HP group were significantly decreased (P <0.05). The levels of CHO, HDL-C, leptin, insulin and ketone were not affected by diet. Conclusions: The LC-HP diet is strong in fullness and reduces food consumption. In the same energy supply, weight and body weight gain in obese rats was not related to macronutrients in the diet, but the LC-HP group improved blood glucose and blood lipids.
