In recent years,microfluidic systems for genetic analysis have developed rapidly.To make micro total analysis systems more affordable and practical,a set of new technologies have been developed in our group.First,a rapid and low-cost DNA extraction method based on a capture mechanism of the entanglement of long-chain DNA molecules with fiber networks inside a filter paper has been developed.
