It is well known that a single neuron in the vertebrate cortex connects to more than 10,000 postsynaptic neurons via synapses forming a complex network[1].The emergent property of this dynamical system is that a set of neurons will synchronize and fire impulses simultaneously.Clinical evidences point out that the synchronization of individual neurons plays a key role in some pathological conditions like Parkinsons disease, essential tremor, and epilepsies.
