　　In boreal summer there is a lower-tropospheric low pressure center over Northeast Asia (NEA) in the lee side of the Mongolia highland.In this study,interannual variability of the NEA low (NEAL) is investigated by using the NCEP/NCAR reanalysis 850-hPa geopotential height during 1979-2011.
