As percutaneous coronary intervention is widely used in clinic,more and more acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction patients undergo direct PCI.However,no-reflow phenomenon seriously affects the prognosis of patients during emergent PCI.The possible mechanisms and therapies of no-reflow phenomenon will be introduced briefly in this review.
