　　A laboratory study of the CannibalTM process was undertaken to determine the effect of the influent wastewater iron concentration and feeding patterns on the performance of the Cannibal system.In the first phase, three sequencing batch reactors were operated—two using the Cannibal configuration and the other as the conventional activated sludge.
