The theoretical and technical problems related to the construction of air-ground integration land dynamic monitoring platform are discussed in the paper,and the overall technical route and implementation plan of system platform construction are proposed.Firstly,the objective of platform construction is analyzed.Then the aspects including technical route,development mode,system structure,and overall function of platform construction are explained.In the end,the problems including overall logic structure,data exchange,and information service of the platform database are discussed and analyzed.It is hoped that through the R&D of the platform,the modernization and scientific level of the land application monitoring can be improved,and a new technical support tool can be provided for the national land and resources management Meanwhile,with the pilot platform,the application of 3S technique,space database technical in other geographic national conditions monitoring field (including mineral resources dynamic monitoring,environmental change dynamic monitoring) is driven.
