　　Objective: analyzing the proteins in exosomes isolated from blood of hypertension patients to explore potential role of exosomic factors in hypertension.Method: forty-seven patients and healthy subjects were recruited and divided into two comparisons: healthy subjects vs hypertension(HS vs HT),and hypertension vs hypertension plus atherosclerosis(HT vs HT+AS).
