By using the conventionai observation data,the automatic weather station data, the NCEP1°* 1 ° lattice re-analysis data and the FY2E satellite cloud picture to analyze the major influencing systems and each physical quantity characteristics of a heavy rainstorm happening in the east of Tongren city from June 25 to 26 in 2012, the result shows that the major influencing systems causing this rainstorm is the low-vortex shear in the middle-low trough of the upper air.The formation, reinforcement and weakening of the heavy rainstorm are closely related to the evolution of its water-vapor flux convergence zone in the upper air.The low-level convergence and the vertical dynamic field structures of the high-level convergence provide the dynamic conditions under which the heavy rainstorm forms.When a temperature decreases with height and there exists unstable energy, the heavy rainfall easily occurs.Before and after the heavy rainfall,the infiared satellite cloud picture and the TBB data have a good correspondence to the time influence of the weather system, the intensity change and the movement direction.
