  化学溶液方法是一种生长功能氧化物薄膜的重要技术。它具有成本低廉,可精确控制薄膜成分、化学剂量比,且可以快速制备大面积薄膜等优点,它已被广泛地应用到制备具有层状结构的涂层导体中。本文简要地回顾了世界上在该领域的进展,并综述了我科研小组近期在这一方向所取得的研究成果。其中包括采用金属有机盐沉积技术路线,在织构NiW合金基带上生长具有萤石结构的CeO2基帽子层和烧绿石结构的Gd2Zr2O7隔离层。采用先进的微结构表征技术,如背散射电子衍射,卢瑟夫背散射,原位高温同步辐射技术,透射电镜等对薄膜形核生长过程,以及薄膜的使用性能进行了深入的研究。
