目的 影像学定量评估探讨发育性髋脱位早期保守治疗后残余畸形的进展及临床意义方法 选取年龄3-6岁，于2014年3月至2014年8月因发育性髋脱位经保守治疗后随访于本院就诊患儿6例作为样本组，选取因单纯髋关节滑膜炎于本院就诊患儿60例作为对照组，对两组患儿分别进行髋关节MR扫描，测量AI指数、CE角、Reimers指数及冠状位股骨头软骨指数、矢状位股骨头软骨指数。
