To explore an analysis method of apparent receptor kinetics of excitatory postsynaptic potentials (EPSPs) during LTP in motoneurons (MNs), the intracellular recordings were performed in MNs of spinal cord slices isolated from neonatal rats (8-14 days old), and EPSPs were evoked by ipsilateral ventrolateral funiculus (iVLF) or ipsilateral pedcentral canal (iPCC)electrical stimulation (iVLF-EPSP or iPCC-EPSP).
