SrTiO3衬底上单层FeSe薄膜的超导性质研究

  在铁基超导体中,FeSe具有最简单的化学成分,但其单晶和薄膜样品均存在化学计量比的差异、结构无序或团簇状等问题,严重影响着FeSe的超导性质。借鉴在石墨烯衬底上成功制备FeSe薄膜的生长经验,我们利用分子束外延生长(MBE)技术,在单一TiO2终止面的SrTiO3衬底上,成功制备出了高质量的单晶FeSe超导薄膜。
