本文对复杂钢结构杆件拆除中经常采用的机械切割、预热卸载切割及直接焊切等3种方式进行了有限元分析,充分考虑了稳态温度场和瞬态温度场对结构的影响,采用热-结构耦合分析方法,从整体结构安全角度对每种施工方法的优缺点进行了总结归纳,并相应的对其使用范围进行了规范和优化。同时结合某钢结构图书馆重要部位杆件拆除工程,以施工监测数据为参考,对钢结构施工方法的实际应用进行了阐述。
In this paper, the finite element analysis of the three methods of mechanical cutting, preheating unloading cutting and direct welding, which are often used in the dismantling of complicated steel structures, is carried out. The influences of steady temperature field and transient temperature field on the structure are fully considered. Adopting the method of heat-structure coupling analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of each construction method are summarized from the perspective of overall structural safety, and the corresponding application scope is regulated and optimized. At the same time, combining with the dismantling project of the key parts of a steel structure library, taking the construction monitoring data as the reference, the practical application of the construction method of the steel structure is expounded.
