Monodispersed polymer particles are attractive because of their great potential in a wide range of advanced applications.Recently, we have reported that the π-allylnickel-catalyzed coordination polymerization of various allene derivatives proceeds in a living fashion also in protic polar media [1] and polymer particles with narrowly dispersed diameter distribution can be produced under the dispersion polymerization conditions.
