  Biodiesel production using microbial lipids,also known as single cell oils(SCO),has attracted attention all over the world.At present,researches mainly focus on oleaginous fungi and yeasts.Some species of bacteria belonging to the Actinomycetales order in the genera Mycobacterium,Streptomyces,Rhodococcus,Nocardia,and Gordonia can accumulate high concentrations of TAGs under nitrogen-limited conditions.
