Organic photodetectors (OPDs) have been considered as potential alternative to inorganic photodetectors.1 One technical advantage of OPDs is that the active layer can be easily deposited at room temperature with solution processing or direct-write printing.2,3However, reports regard to the fabrication of OPDs by printing technology, which is high-throughput and compatible with large-area flexible substrates (e.g., plastic or paper), are still lack.
