Objective:To explore repair and reconstruction methods for traumatic ear defect and congenital smalll ears.Methods:Different surgical methods were choosed according to ear deformities.The surgical methods for repairing traumatic ear defect including:①simple otoplasty and repair with local skin flap and silica gel ② temporal fascial flap.costal cartilage and free skin grafting ③ transference of upper arm pedicle skin tube.For congenital smalll ears,three surgical methods were used blow.
