水氧敏感液体密闭存用的包装研究

  实验室中一些水氧敏感类试剂易受水及氧气的作用而发生化学变化,从而影响试剂的质量。现有技术中,一般采用钢瓶和普通单口玻璃瓶进行包装[1]。钢瓶[2]的缺点为重量过大,不便于搬运和存储;钢瓶表面不透明,无法实时地观察钢瓶内产品的状态和变化;钢瓶的最小容量为5L,一般科研实验中试剂的常用量为100 mL至1L,因此,使用后剩余的产品极易受水分影响发生变质;钢瓶须回收,多次重复使用易导致外层被腐蚀,存在安全隐患。单口玻璃瓶也同样有许多不足之处,瓶体耐压性差易发生破裂、瓶口多采用耐腐性差的橡胶塞而无法保持长期密闭保存。
