四环素表面分子印迹材料的制备及其应用研究

用γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPS)修饰硅胶,然后将功能单体α-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)接枝到改性硅胶表面,以四环素为模板分子,乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(EGDE)为交联剂,在50 %(甲醇:乙腈=6:7,v/v)水溶液中制备了四环素表面分子印迹材料,如图1.采用静态和动态方法研究了该印迹材料的吸附性能,经过Scatchard模型分析,计算得到两类结合位点.
