通过稀释分离法分别测定了4种有机物料腐熟剂(菌剂)中放线菌、真菌、细菌、霉菌的有效活菌数。结果表明,供试的4种菌剂(有机物料腐熟剂)中,有机物料腐熟剂1、有机物料腐熟剂3和有机物料腐熟剂4的有效活菌数均达到国标中有机物料腐熟剂产品的有效活菌数(cfu)≥0.5亿/g的要求;而菌剂2的有效活菌数(cfu)为0.398 8亿/mL,小于2.0亿/mL,未达国标要求。同时,测定了在不同发酵时间段堆肥中微生物数量的变化,结果显示,4次取样的结果均是添加了有机物料腐熟剂的样品中分离到的微生物数量高于对照。
The effective viable count of actinomycetes, fungi, bacteria and molds in four kinds of organic materials were determined by dilution method. The results showed that among the four kinds of fungicides (organic material decomposers) tested, the effective viable count of organic material decomposer 1, organic material decomposer 3 and organic material maturity agent 4 reached the national standard of organic material decomposer The effective viable count (cfu) was more than 0.5 billion / g. The effective viable count (cfu) of the agent 2 was 0.398 800 million / mL, less than 200 million / mL, which did not meet the national standard. At the same time, the changes of the number of microbes in composting at different fermentation time were measured. The results showed that the number of microbes isolated from the four samples was higher than that of the control.
