Objective:To demonstrate the usefulness of CO2 in Aesthetic Medicine.Material and Methods: Infusion of CO2, the speed of 30 ml/m in the right eyelid and just to make punctures in the left eyelid.Once and twice a week, and it makes the blefaroplastie.with bilateral biopsy using coloration of HE and picrosirius.Results:a.Our study observed an increase of collagen in the powders procedure, compared to the side that we had made only punctures, in hysthologie.b.During the surgical action it was observed that in the eyelid that out made the use of CO2 was easier the operate of the skin and besides reducing blood in the operative action.
