非常规突发事件爆发突然、破坏巨大、存在许多不可控因素。本文针对非常规突发事件应对任务完成时间的紧迫性与其工序工期的不确定性,设计了基于应对任务工序模糊完成工期的关键线路确定方法,构建了应急资源数量限制条件下的关键工序工期优化模型,并设计求解该优化模型的算法来缩短应对任务完成时间,最后利用模拟案例的实验结果表明了本文所提出方法的合理性与有效性。
Unconventional emergency outbreaks suddenly, destroyed huge, there are many uncontrollable factors. In this paper, aiming at the urgency of the task completion time and the uncertainty of the process duration of unconventional contingencies, a method to determine the key lines based on the fuzzy completion duration of the task sequence is designed. The key process duration optimization under the restriction of the number of emergency resources is established Model, and the algorithm to solve the optimization model is designed to shorten the task completion time. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed method is reasonable and effective.
