叶轮泵中旋转空化机理及影响因素的研究进展

旋转空化是一种两相非定常现象,分为三类:超同步旋转空化、同步旋转空化、次同步旋转空化.本文阐述了旋转空化发生的典型特征:起始取决于空化数与2倍入射角(σ/2θ)的比值;扬程下降迟缓,产生轴振动(一种自激振动).影响旋转空化的因素有:空化数、入射角、空穴长度、热力学等.此外,理论推导了B因子和热力学参数Σ.
