本文叙述采用微波基频石英谐振器的790MHz、804MHz、830MHz微波基频晶体振荡器及其在微波通信设备中的应用。石英谐振器用离子束刻蚀工艺加工而成被,置于单层恒温槽中。其基波频率已达高1GHz左右。频率准确度为5×10~(-6),日老化率为5×10~(-7),输出功率为0.5mW。
This paper describes the 790MHz, 804MHz, 830MHz microwave fundamental frequency crystal oscillator using microwave fundamental quartz resonator and its application in microwave communication equipment. Quartz resonators are processed by ion beam etching process, placed in a single layer thermostatic bath. Its fundamental frequency has reached about 1GHz high. The frequency accuracy is 5 × 10 -6, the daily aging rate is 5 × 10 -7, and the output power is 0.5 mW.
