目的 终末期肾病(ESRD,End-StageRenalDisease)是肝移植术后长期生存患者最主要的并发症之一.先前的研究发现ESRD多发生在肝移植术后10年及以上,但是ESRD是影响肝移驻长期存活患者最主要的因素.既往研究中判断发生ESRD的终点是肌酐翻倍或者是肾小球滤过率(eGFR)下降至15ml/min/1.73m2以下,但是这个终点的发生是一种晚期事件,缺乏早期预测的功能.
