汽车后排座椅行李冲击仿真与研究

本文采用有限元仿真方法,根据国标GB15083—2006,汽车座椅、座椅固定装置及头枕强度要求和试验方法,的相关规定,对某国产车型后排座椅骨架的模型进行搭建,利用非线性求解器LS-dyna对其进行求解.找到仿真失效的部件,并通过提高材料、增加厚度和改进结构的方式进行优化,最终改进结构的方案达到了预期的效果.通过试验对最终优化的结果进行了验证.结果表明试验和模拟仿真在结构变形上基本是吻合的,并且座椅靠背和头枕均未超过规定平面,因此该座椅是满足此项法规要求的.最后根据参数化建模对座椅靠背铰链结构进行灵敏度分析,找出能够提升铰链强度的有效途径,为后期车型改款奠定基础.
