本文通过离子注入的方法制备了Cu离子掺杂的单晶TiO2(金红石相)样品,离子注入能量及注量分别为80keV和1.0×1016ions/cm2.分别利用XRD和UV-VIS测量手段对样品进行了分析.结果表明,Cu离子注入对单晶TiO2的损伤较为明显,但在样品中并未检测出金属铜相,Cu离子注入使单晶TiO2的光吸收有很大增强,并使样品的光学带隙变小,这将扩大单晶TiO2对可见光的相应范围.
