  In this work,two kinds of ion exchange resin(Purolite PCR642CA and 001×7(732))were used to separate the mixture of glucose and fructose.Under the same condition,the Purolite PCR642CA was showed a much better performance than 001×7(732)for the separation of glucose and fructose.
