Conductive CNT-and Graphene-Doped PEDOTPSS Thin Films Fabricated by Ultrasonic Spray Coating

  Spray coating is a viable techniqie for the fabrication of solution-processed layers of emerging thin film solar cells.PEDOT:PSS is a conductive polymer,currently used in polymer and perovskite solar cells.In this work,to increase the electrical conductivity,PEDOT:PSS was doped by carbon nanotubes(CNT)and graphene,using a simple solvo-thermal spray coating technique,for the first time.Various organic solvents with different volatilities were added into the precursor solutions and the process was run in different temperatures.The obtained thin films showed improvement in structure and electrical conductivity,compared to un-doped samples,made at the same conditions.
