光扳机分子构建生物应用材料药物控释、细胞3D培养

基于光具有非物理接触、时间空间可控、有效穿透人体组织的光窗口、以及双光子近红外激光定点可控等优势,使得光响应材料在光子遗传学、高分辨成像等化学、生物交叉领域具有广泛的应用.我们基于香豆素光扳机的独到优势,即可见光/双光子近红外激发、独特的"单线态(S1态)主导"的光断裂机制、以及强荧光发射可用来影像跟踪,以7-氨基香豆素为光响应分子构建一系列生物应用材料,研究其在药物或基因的高选择性可控释放,蛋白的选择性抓捕和识别,构建细胞外3D基质等领域的应用.
