利用表面活性剂缔合结构体系实现单壁碳纳米管的有效分散和自组装

  本文利用烷醇酰胺、十二烷、水形成的缔合结构体系有效分散单壁碳纳米管并实现了碳纳米管的有序自组装.在该体系中,三种不同层次的作用力共同促进了单壁碳纳米管的分散和排列,包括微观水平上分子运动的扰动,介观层次上油水界面力的作用以及宏观层次上机械超声的作用.其中,表面活性剂缔合结构体系巨大的界面积使得油水界面力在拆散单壁碳纳米管束、剥落单根碳纳米管方面起了重要作用.通过测定UV-vis 吸收光谱和近红外荧光光谱表明该体系实现了对单壁碳纳米管的良好分散,同时烷醇酰胺缔合结构体系中分子有序排列的微观结构还促进和诱导了单壁碳纳米管的有序自组装,形成了大规模的具有高度组织性的空间网络结构.该包含了有序自组装的单分散碳纳米管的表面活性剂缔合体系被证明可做为调Q 激光器的可饱和吸收体,其最短脉宽是94ns,相应于540KHz 的重复频率,最大输出功率达182 mW.
