  Herein,functionalized PEDOT film was prepared by incorporation of camphorsulfonic (CS-) as doping anions during the electropolymerization of PEDOT at a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) from aqueous solution.Such doped-PEDOT film combined the advantages of PEDOT (high conductivity and stability) together with CS- (good electrochemical activity) and was applied as electrochemical biosensor for the determination of Vitamin B2.The differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) data showed that the obtained anodic peak current was linearly proportional to concentration in the range of 0.05-300 μM with a limit of detection of 0.02 μM (S/N = 3).
