马氏体不锈钢X20Cr13中FATT50的研究

X20Cr13钢与国内牌号2Cr13钢相近,该类钢在国内外是研究比较成熟,应用比较广泛的耐热型不锈钢,在核电、石油、能源等领域均得到广泛应用.但如果在汽轮机叶片和汽轮机转子等设备中应用,相对复杂的服役环境对其力学性能的要求则越来越高.韧脆转变温度FATT50是汽轮机叶片应用要求中一项重要的技术指标.本文主要研究了X20Cr13马氏体耐热不锈钢化学成分及热处理工艺对其FATT50技术参数的影响.结果发现,X20Cr13马氏体不锈钢FATT50的参数控制明显取决于化学成分和回火温度:(1)材料中降低C含量和Mo含量对FATT50影响较大,降低C含量或者提高Mo含量,可以降低材料的韧脆转变温度FATT50;(2)随着回火温度提高,FATT50相应地降低.经970℃保温1h油冷+680℃保温2h空冷调质后,材料的综合力学性能达到良好匹配.
