  Because of the particularity of electric energy and the character of risk belonged to technique innovation,grid corporations are difficult to make technological innovation project decisions.According to the particularity of power grid enterprises,this paper established a specific evaluation system of grid Enterprises technology innovation project from four aspects,which are the economic,social,technology and other restrictive factors.Then it selects entropy weight method and the unascertained measure model as the methods for determining the index weight and evaluation model.Finally it grades the grid enterprises technology innovation project by confidence recognition criteria and sorts according to the score.The empirical test shows that the evaluation model based on the entropy weight and unascertained measure can evaluate the grid enterprises technology innovation project comprehensively and effectively.
