[目的]进一步研究香椿树皮活性成分与宁南霉素对烟草花叶病毒的复配增效作用。[方法]以烟草花叶病毒(TMV)为供试病毒,采用活性跟踪法对香椿树皮活性物质进行初步分离,通过半叶枯斑法测定香椿树皮活性成分与宁南霉素的复配剂对烟草花叶病毒抑制活性。[结果]香椿的乙酸乙酯萃取物和正丁醇萃取物对TMV均表现较好的抑制活性,并对其继续进行分离,并通过对TMV抑制活性筛选,将高活性组分与宁南霉素复配,发现组分Fr1及组分Fr13分别与宁南霉素的复配比为1∶1时,增效作用最佳;组分Fr11与宁南霉素的配比为1∶2时,增效作用最佳,优于单剂。
[Objective] The research aimed to further study the synergistic effect of the active ingredient of Chinese bouton tree trunk and Ningnanmycin on tobacco mosaic virus. [Method] Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) was used as test virus and active tracking method was used to separate the active substances of Toona sinensis bark. The compound of Agent inhibits tobacco mosaic virus activity. [Result] The results showed that both ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract of Toona sinensis had good inhibitory activity against TMV, and they were separated continuously. Through the screening of TMV inhibitory activity, The results showed that the best synergistic effect was obtained when the compounding ratio of Fr1 and component Fr13 with ning nanmycin was 1: 1 respectively. When the ratio of Fr11 to ningnan was 1: 2, Synergy best, better than a single dose.
