Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety between R-GemOx and RICE regime in the treatment of relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkins lymphoma (NHL).Methods: A total of 65 cases with relapsed and refractory DLBCL were randomly divided into two groups.The patients received either R-GemOx or RICE regime.The R-GemOx regime includes rituximab [375 mg/m2, direct intravenous injection (IVD), day 0], GEM (1000 mg/m2, IVD, days 1 and 8),and L-OHP (130 mg/m2, IVD, day 1) at 21 d per cycle.The RICE regime includes rituximab (375 mg/m2, IVD, day 0), IFO(1 g/m2, IVD, days 1 to 3), Mesna (400 mg, IVD q8h,days I to 3), CBP (AUC=5, IVD, day 2), and Vp-16 (100 mg/m2,IVD, days 1 to 3) at 21 d per cycle.The efficacy and safety of the regimes were evaluated every 2 wks.
