Gastric cancer is 2th most common cancer in China, and is still the second most common cause of cancer-related death in the world.Herein we reported that an early gastric cancer diagnosis and pre-warning system was developed, which includes three parts, that is, screening of gastric cancer biomarkers, developing ofultrasensitive detection methods and devices, multifunctional nanoprobes were prepared for targeted imaging and therapy of gastric cancer, we also discuss about its clinical translation prospects.In conclusion, the early gastric cancer diagnosis and pre-warning system was developed, further clinical translation will be done in near future, this novel system will have great potential in applications such as gastric cancer diagnosis and therapy in near future.
