通过对云南大学2010级全日制汉语国际教育硕士毕业班的46位学生的专业认识、实习情况和就业意愿的调查,我们发现,大部分学生获得了全面提升,愿意继续从事汉语教学工作。针对存在的问题,在专业硕士培养中,我们还应增强学生理论与技能相融合的能力,创造更多国外实习机会,加强针对“可赴任国”的能力培养,注重“化用”和创造能力的培养与经验的传承,更新就业观念和拓宽就业渠道。
Through the survey of the professional knowledge, internship and employment preferences of 46 students graduating from 2010 full-time Chinese education in Yunnan University, we found that most of the students have been promoted in an all-round way and are willing to continue their teaching in Chinese. In view of the existing problems, we should also enhance the ability of students to integrate theory with skills, create more opportunities for foreign internships, and enhance their ability to cultivate “ ”And the ability to train and inherit the experience of updating employment ideas and broaden employment channels.
