目的1998年《献血法》颁布实施以前,我国无偿献血占临床用血的20%左右,2006年无偿献血占临床用血95%以上。为进一步了解全国无偿献血的现状,中国输血协会献血促进工作委员会于2009年对全国355家采供血机构2006—2008年无偿献血情况进行了调研。方法采用问卷调查形式,调查了全国 Objectives Before the promulgation and implementation of the “Blood Donation Law” in 1998, unpaid blood donation in China accounted for about 20% of clinical blood use.
