  At present,the quantitative analysis and empirical research of Chinese academia on government population scale was limited to two basic perspectives,the vertical and horizontal.Quantitative study of the influencing factors of government population scale in Chinas provincial-level local governments becomes one of blank spot in the research issues.The more widely used research method is to use Eviews5.1 government human software,carries on the quantitative regression analysis.This paper mainly model to analyze the human scale of thirty provincial governments in China based on the fuzzy clustering iterative in fuzzy mathematics,considering the effect of different weights of each index of clustering,and finally evaluation.
