CXCR4拮抗多肽在白血病治疗中的应用研究

  白血病是造血干细胞克隆性增殖的肿瘤性疾病,其侵袭、浸润和耐药性的产生是导致复发和病人死亡的重要原因之一。骨髓基质微环境可以介导白血病细胞的侵袭浸润,并保护白血病细胞免受化疗药物的杀伤,其中起关键作用的是基质细胞衍生因子1 (SDF-1,也称为CXCL12)及其特异性受体CXCR4所组成的CXCR4/CXCL12轴。白血病细胞表面高表达CXCR4,CXCR4与CXCL12的相互作用对白血病细胞的迁移、归巢、增殖、侵袭、浸润、耐药等行为具有重要的调控作用。
