Facing the production mode of the multi-specification & small batch,if enterprises want to gain competitive advantage and satisfy the individual demands of customers by higher quality and lower cost,they must improve their capacity flexibility and their product quality.This paper analyzes quality prevention control and diagnosis technology in the manufacturing process oriented to quality,cost and speed,builds the integrated quality control policy,and carries on the experimental analysis based on DOE.It indicates that DOE effectively diagnoses the causes of quality problems and forecasts the output of the optimal combination of factors.
