A series of glycopeptides-protein conjugates as Candida albicans vaccine was designed and synthesized,in our design,five different peptides fragment on GPI-CWPs(Als1,Als3,Hwp1,Pga59 and Sap9),which are closely related to the growth,adhesion,invasion and virulence of C.albicans,were chosen.The ethanolamine phosphate ester,which is the natural connect unit for GPI-CWPs,was considered for connecting the GPI-CWPs peptide fragment with β-1,2-mannan to form the glycopeptides vaccines.All synthesis of the glycopepetides were finally coupled to proteins(KLH/HSA)to afford the target glycopeptides-protein conjugates.
