CT 32 19 in the British Museum is a tribute list in Sumerian cuneiform from Puzri(s)-Dagan, the animal center of Ur Ⅲ dynasty, which presents us the names and tributes of the 7 generals, captains under them and soldiers at the Northeast frontier cities of the empire during the first and second year of Ibbi-Sin, the last king of the dynasty, who was captured by the Elam invaders in his 24th reign year.According to his third year name, Year of the divine Ibbi-Sin, king of Ur, destroyed Simurrum, in his second year, he launched his northeast campaign against Simurrum, a state in the Tigris, the Diyala and the two Zabs area.The officers and troops in our list, dated by the last day, 29th, of the iv (4th Month) of the Ibbi-Sin 2, would soon depart against the rebel Simurrrum, which had been for 9 times conquered by (S)ulgi, the most powerful king of Ur Ⅲ dynasty and father of the three later kings, but rebelled again when the new king Ibbi-Sin came to throne.The armies at the Northeast Frontier in our text must have been the main force in the campaign started by the betrayed Ibbi-Sin in his second year to punish this stubborn country for the tenth.
