　　Aimed at the status quo of psychosomatic health problem increasingly prominent, based on the introduction for the operation of Three-circles type standing qigong,this article analyse its health effect from the aspects of prevention of diseases and psychological adjustment,in order to develop practical research in the future, providing a scientific and reasonable method of exercise for the peoples physical and mental health.
